At Voodoo Brewing Company State College, we believe great beer tastes even better when it brings people together. Our community is at the heart of everything we do — from hosting local events and fundraisers to partnering with Idaho-based creators, small businesses, and nonprofits. We're passionate about supporting the vibrant State College community that supports us, whether it's through local collaborations, volunteer initiatives, or simply providing a welcoming space where everyone feels like family. Our taproom thrives on the spirit of connection, collaboration, and community that makes State College such an amazing place to call home. From supporting local artists and hosting charity events to teaming up with neighborhood businesses, we're dedicated to giving back to the community that keeps our glasses full. Together, we're brewing something bigger than beer — we're brewing belonging.

Making A Difference Together

We're proud to have partnered with local churches and faith-based organizations to strengthen and uplift our community. Together, we've been able to turn compassion into action through a series of meaningful initiatives:

Community Church – "Blessings in Action" Food Drive

This spring, we joined forces with Community Church to collect food donations for families in need. Guests were invited to bring nonperishable items or add a few dollars to their tab to support the cause. The response was overwhelming — our community showed up with generosity and heart, and we were honored to match donations to help restock local food pantries just in time for summer.

Faith Fellowship – Family Outreach Fundraiser

In partnership with Faith Fellowship, we hosted a weekend event to raise funds for youth programs and family support services in the area. A portion of every pint and meal sold went directly to the church's outreach fund, helping provide school supplies, meals, and mentorship opportunities for local families. It was an incredible weekend of fellowship, live music, and community spirit.

Gracepoint Church – Holiday Giving Tree

During the holiday season, we teamed up with Gracepoint Church for their annual Giving Tree program. Guests could select a tag from our in-house tree to purchase gifts for children and seniors in need. The generosity of our patrons made the season brighter for dozens of families — reminding us all what it truly means to give back.
